I'm using CognitiveSEO for several years now and I realy like that they combine linkdata from multiple sources. You can also clasify and filter links as being natural/unnatural and even generate a disavow file to submit to Google.
You’ll need to register to submit a tool and your submission (and reviews) will need to be approved before going live.
